All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in the United States and Canada on the same or the next business day from the date the order is placed. During holidays or promotions like Black Friday or Cyber Monday, orders may need increased processing time due to a higher order volume. Although rare, we may experience warehouse closures due to severe weather. In this case, there may be a delay in order processing.
